4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

In case of extreme weather, illness, or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with a full refund.
